Do you ship outside/or anywhere in India?
Yes, our mode of delivery is through India Post as well as trusted courier services within India, as well internationally too.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping has a standard charge locally, within the country.
International shipping is on actuals.
Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and GST.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/telephone.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email/ SMS.
When will I receive my order?
Our Estate is situated in the mountains, and we send our teas from here. Shipping might be slow, but ensured. Orders within MMR should reach the customer within five to seven days in India and ten days to two weeks for international orders from the date of the dispatch.
Please note that due to the various and ever changing Covid-19 lockdowns and restrictions, over different states, the delivery time for your purchases may get delayed. We assure you though, we are ensuring your orders are dispatched and reach you at the soonest, during this time.

Returns Policy
We will accept return of product sold provided the value of order exceeds INR 500 and we are informed about the same within 24 hours from delivery. To return it, send us an email at washabarieretail@gmail.com
Products once dispatched against your confirmed orders shall not be returned. However, in case of a doubt or complaint, it will be considered giving due importance and redressal measures through mutual discussion. All rights reserved by the company.
